The tenth round of the 2025 WorldSBK season got off to a convincing start for the Aruba.it Racing – Ducati team.
It was a solid Friday for Álvaro Bautista, who won both the Superpole Race and Race 2 at Motorland Aragon last year. The Spanish rider finished fifth in the combined standings after improving his FP1 time by almost three tenths of a second in the afternoon.

“It was a positive Friday. During this season, we’ve often had to chase a good feeling in free practice. Today, however, I immediately felt good on the bike, and this allowed us to work on the details. We found a good base set-up on which to build with confidence for tomorrow and Sunday’s performance“.
